Even fairly large ones like Golden and Gamblin give great personal service and will remember you after a few conversations. Before the internet, It was much harder to get info and get your own info out there. Ageism is saying, "If you're over 35 there's no place for you in the art world." <br /><br />It is most certainly not ageist to say that people who did not grow up with computers are going to encounter some tech issues.
