Info I am the founder and director of this conference, which is the the first and only annual encaustic event to draw from an international roster of exhibiting artists who are fully engaged with the medium of pigmented wax. The event takes place in Provincetown, Massachusetts, produced now with Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill.
