I apologize that I was slightly off topic - I just get overwhelmed when I read about sending this dealer a package, this other one a postcard, and following up with that one, and so on. I thought other artists might have a way of keeping track of all the mailings and subsequent follow-ups (I'm just starting out, and I don't want to get too muddled).
<br prismhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10520486331040422570noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30832682.post-84216316222286716502009-06-23T09:41:06.684-04:002009-06-23T09:41:06.684-04:00Regarding record-keeping software, I have found th...Regarding record-keeping software, I have found this program to be extremely useful:

http://vam-p.org/vam_p.html

It is inexpensive, comprehensive and developed by an artist.Christopher Quirkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00322514362857272534noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30832682.post-84182362380353155492009-06-23T08:56:24.678-04:002009-06-23T08:56:24.678-04:00How does one reach independent curators? How does one reach independent curators?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30832682.post-5672654296406830262009-06-22T22:19:58.055-04:002009-06-22T22:19:58.055-04:00So we're on the same page. I have rarely, if ever, sent it cold. There has been some kind of exchange, some kind of connection before it goes out. And I think that any time I did send it cold, that was a mistake.
